Caitlyn Morgan had another big week for the Comets, hitting .500 and posting a .647 on-base percentage. She hit her eighth and ninth home runs to tie for the top spot in the CAC and rank 14th nationally among NAIA players. Morgan helped the Comets win all three games last week against conference opponents. She went 2-for-2, scored three runs, and drove in four runs in an 18-2 victory against Crowley's Ridge College (Arkansas) last Friday. The Madisonville, Tennessee, native hit a home run in a 6-1 win against Haskell Indian Nations University (Kansas) last Saturday. Later in the day, Morgan added a 2-for-2 performance, with a double, in a 10-2 triumph against Iowa Wesleyan University.
